澳洲反傾銷委員會（ADC）於2026年6月5日公告對自我國等進口之特定中空結構型鋼管反規避調查最後認定結果，決定將本案產品敘述增列「特定由碳鋼或其他合金鋼製成、歸類於海關稅則號別 7308.90.00（統計編碼 65）之電阻焊接管（圓管及非圓管），包含圓形及非圓形中空結構型鋼（HSS），亦包括非平端（如具螺紋、縮口/擴口或帶肩結構）之圓形或橢圓形空心型鋼（CHS），以及於兩端或沿長度方向（或兩者皆有）帶有孔洞（包括透過鑽孔、沖孔、穿孔、切割或其他方式所製之孔洞）之任何型鋼」，並追溯自2025年9月4日起生效課徵反傾銷稅。

ADC公告產品敘述原文如右：Certain electric resistance welded pipe and tube made of carbon or other alloy steel classified to tariff subheading 7308.90.00 (statistical code 65), comprising circular and non-circular hollow structural sections (HSS), including circular or oval hollow sections (CHS) with other than plain ends, such as threaded, swaged and shouldered, and any sections with holes (including those created by drilling, punching, piercing, cutting or otherwise) at the end of the section or along its length (or both).
利害關係人若對此決定有異議，可在公告發布之日起30日內，向反傾銷審議小組（Anti-Dumping Review Panel）提出審查申請。
